Eggode 2

Eggode 2 is a massive online sandbox with a flexible map editor where you take the role of powerful egg-like gods. Travel through endless worlds created by other players and create your own story. This is the special final edition released for the two-year anniversary of the project. The original release happened on March 8, 2024. Developer note: on March 8, 2024 this insane thing began. Over two years Eggode 2 became more than a game and gave me recognition in the gamedev communities of Moscow and Saint Petersburg. I am deeply grateful to everyone who played, built maps, and watched the animated series. I decided to pause active development. As a developer I want to create many different smaller games, try new genres and mechanics, and not spend all my time maintaining one giant monster full of terrible code. This itch.io release is my gift for the game's second anniversary: a final chord and a huge playground for your creativity. Play, create, and have fun. Thanks for being with Eggode 2 all this time.
